Renting a property on Golf del Sur
You can either sign a Short Term (1-month) contract or a Long Term (6 month)
re-newable contract. We need your passport and NIE if you have one. For long term rentals you will be required
to put down one months rent in advance plus two months rent as a damage deposit.
This damage deposit is held by
the agent to guarantee that if any damage occurs during your rental period it can be covered immediately, and
any bills outstanding at the end of contract including cleaning of and laundry of property can be paid for.
The deposit will be refunded at the end of the contract. The contract fees will be paid by tenant.
For long term contracts it is required that you give a months notice before you are due to move out, this helps with
the re-renting of the property allowing the agents to advertise the property as “soon available”.
And if you wish to extend your contract you must notify the agents 1 month before your contract is due to
finish and an extension can be easily arranged permitting the owner agrees
